Shri Ganesh Sanap, a visionary social reformer from Maharashtra, founded Saarthi Aadarsh Seva Sansthan in 2015 driven by a lifelong commitment to uplifting the rural poor. he has dedicated over two decades to grassroots humanitarian service. His leadership has shaped the organization's philosophy that sustainable change begins at the village level.
Shri Sanjeev Kumar brings 18 years of experience in rural administration and community mobilization. A dedicated public servant by training, he co-founded the organization to bridge the gap between government welfare schemes and last-mile beneficiaries.
Shri Yogesh Dwivedi manages the day-to-day administration, documentation, and compliance of the organization. A meticulous administrator with expertise in NGO governance, he ensures that every rupee donated is accounted for and every program is executed with transparency and impact.
Devraj Dwivedi is a Full Stack Developer responsible for the organization's digital presence, website development, and technology infrastructure. He ensures the NGO reaches its beneficiaries and donors through accessible, modern web platforms.
